Cancellations:
For pre-order cakes, cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time frame, cancellations cannot be accepted as our team begins preparations immediately to ensure the freshest products for you.
Returns and Refunds:
Returns and refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery and if the following conditions are met:
1. Unboxing Video: A valid unboxing video must be provided showing the condition of the product upon arrival. This video is essential for us to assess the damage and process your return or refund accordingly.
2. Damaged or Spoiled Product: The product must be damaged or spoiled to qualify for a return or refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product is not in its original condition.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returns are not accepted for reasons other than product damage or spoilage.
- Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving the order. After this period, returns cannot be accommodated.
